Production Process
Made from high-quality, low-ash materials (Petroleum Coke, Needle Coke, Coal Pitch) through a series of processes:
Calcining → Crushing → Screening → Burdening → Kneading → Forming → Baking → Impregnation → Graphitization → Precision CNC Machining.
The final product features low resistivity, excellent conductivity, low ash content, compact structure, good anti-oxidation properties, and high mechanical strength, making it an optimal conductive material for Electric Arc Furnaces and smelting furnaces.

Transportation, Installation & Storage Guidelines

Storage: Keep in a clean, dry place. Avoid vibration and collision. Dry before use.
-
Installation Prep: Clean the socket with compressed air before screwing in the nipple. Handle carefully to avoid thread damage.
-
Electrode Connection: Clean both electrode ends with compressed air when they are 20–30 mm apart.
-
Tightening: Use a wrench to tighten completely to the specified position. The gap between two electrodes should be no less than 0.05 mm.

Avoid using insulation blocks.

Place large charge blocks in the upper part of the furnace.
